What the NTS Group contributes to its clients' innovation processes serves a clear purpose - shortening the time to market new products. The NTS Group can also assume responsibility for the worldwide procurement of raw materials, logistics and production processes. This enables clients to focus completely on their core activities and make part of their fixed costs variable.
Together with individual clients and other knowledge suppliers, the NTS Group's development and engineering organisation applies its broad-based technological expertise in widely ranging projects. This expertise is used to achieve functional solutions as efficiently and as effectively as possible completely in line with agreements regarding budget, time and target price.
The group's production plants form a coherent chain of technology. Working together with third parties, they are responsible for providing flexible logistics performance focusing cost-effective processes.
Clients can work with the companies in the NTS Group in two ways: They can call in the specialist skills of the individual companies or they can contract the NTS Group to design, engineer and build complete mechatronics systems. In the latter case, NTS Mechatronics assumes responsibility for the total project organisation.

Originally nine specialist companies have combined their strengths to form the NTS Group. The broad-based technological expertise and joint production capacity of these companies form the pillars supporting high-tech and innovative services related to the development and production of mechatronics systems for various markets such as the Solar, Medical, Semi-conductor, Graphic, Optical media and nano industries.
The NTS Group was formed in 2005 after the merger of the Nebato and the Te Strake Groups. The NTS Group is based primarily in the Netherlands, but also operates in the Czech Republic, China and Israel.

All the companies in the group continue to search intensively for realistic and effective methods for optimising processes, for example, by critically examining the way in which these processes are set up.
